So this is my 3rd case so far for my iPhone 12 Pro. I have bought all Otterbox so far. I did not realize how TIGHT of a fit the cases would have been. So much that when I got my new phone and I picked out an Otterbox case, I thought I had the wrong size. I thought I was going to break my phone trying to get the case in.

Doesn't protect your phone

saved my phone
this cover saved my phone many times !! i am clumsy and it gets dropped a lot. best purchase ever

No happy
Case prevented me from using any of 10 charging cords. OtterBox covered to sell me a cord or made me pay for shipping to return. I have been using there products for over 10. years but done after my last 2 purchases.

9/10 took too long to receive
Took to long to receive. This is really more a 9/10 than 4/5. Otterbox has been a fantastic company to deal with overall.

Great case!
I loved this case! Even though I only got to enjoy it for a few weeks because I upgraded to the 16. I liked how it didn’t slide around when you sat your phone down.

Screen broke
I had it in place for less than a week, my phone fell to the ground off the table and my screen broke. I had my old case on for 4 years, dropped it multiple times with no screen damage.

Good looking case, bad MagSafe integration
MagSafe barely attaches to my charger, unlike older OtterBox it is replacing. This has resulted in mornings with an uncharged phone because it doesn’t attach well to the charger. With 2020 version of this case, I can hold the phone by charger cord and the magnet is strong enough to keep it attached.

High quality!
Stood the test of 4 years before replacing! I got this case when the iPhone 12 first came out in 2020 and I have dropped that thing soooo many times. Phone not cracked after falling on highway .
I got this case for my 13-year-old son‘s phone, knowing that he’s 13 and probably can’t take care of a phone properly. I have had multiple OtterBox cases with all usually being fantastic with the exception of this one. The case did my protect my back glass around camera from an extremely minor fall.

Durability and reliable
Safer and more durable than any other case. The case is lightweight so there is no weight added to the phone.

Fall proof but not pocket proof
The product case broke in under a month from the terrible stress of being caught in my shorts pocket. It's 2 stars and not one solely because the phone itself isn't hurt. I will be demanding either a refund or a replacement.

Solid protection!
Otterbox has been protecting my iPhones for many years. No matter what you do, sooner or later your phone is gonna drop out of a bag or a pocket or fall off a table. Otterbox is solid protection.
