This is exactly what I needed without having to buy additional items. I appreciate that I can purchase only what I need. Quality is still the same from Otterbox.

Poor Quality belt clip holster
I bough 3 new belt clip holster for iphone 12 and it broke after 1 week, the original broke after 1 month. Same problem the 2 little pin broke! Im otterbox guys maybe 10 years and never have trouble at all my belt clip holster! Very cheap quality Im desapointed

Still have Iphone 11.. Ordered as I thought it should fit the 11.. Fits but not a tight snug.. No fault of yours..... Thanks

Cheap Quality on your Defender Holsters
This is the 2nd defender holster I’ve bought this year and the quality on both is pathetic as they now have 2 small raised plastic pieces where the phone clips into the case unlike the old style holster which had a much larger & better clip that holds the phone in place. Wrong Size
I would have rated this item higher if I was sent the right size. I’m sure it would have worked perfectly if the holster sent was for the phone/Otterbox case I have. The holster I received was too big. I reached out to Otterbox but was ignored.

Quality had deminished
They are more flimsy and break faster than previous belt clips. I'm constantly replacing them for me field personnel.

Belt Clip problems
The second belt clip I have had to get for iPhone 12 Pro, due to two breakages, once a broken retention clip, recently the nubs that hold the phone in the clip broke off the retention clip... I would expect better quality
