Support is Terrible
I was loving my ecobees, installed them in my old house and loved them so much that when I moved installed them immediately in the new house.

great thermostat
Had some problems and called tech support, sent them pictures and they immediately diagnosed problem and sent me PEK instructions as I did not have another wire that was needed.

Great features easy to use

Great Smart Thermostat
Eco+ was an unexpected bonus. It evaluates time of use rates to heat and cool most efficiently.

Love this thermostat
I’ve had this thermostat for two weeks and I love it. Makes it easy to control the house temperature while away or asleep or active hours in home. Looking forward to getting the ecobee doorbell installed this week.

Minus a star for the eco + feature
I purchased the Ecobee Enhanced through a retailer my utility company sent me to. I did receive a $50 discount, but Santee Cooper is not listed in their eco + program, so those great features are not available to me.
