So Far So Good!
I use the thermostat and doorbell cameras, and they work great! The doorbells were very easy to install, but I let my heating guy connect the thermostat (I had old wiring that needed to be replaced). Next up I think I'll be getting motion detectors.

It never stays connected
I’ve had this camera a little over a year now, and I never stays connected. I’ve had issues with the image freezing, the camera going out and now the camera disconnects but the sound is still on. I use it as a baby monitor and when I wake up to check my baby, I am constantly having to reboot the app. I’m done with this thing and getting something better

Mediocre at Best
The camera is ok in the daylight and with lights on. If you want to use it at night, forget about it. Unlike the doorbell cam (which works really well at night) this one just doesn't work. It's just dark, all the time. The orientation is also terrible. If mount it on the ceiling, there is no option to flip the orientation of the camera.

One outstanding product
I was skeptical about the connectivity of this camera at first. I had a bad experience with eve cameras dispite its good reputation. I am a ecobee purchaser for now.

Great Cameras
I live in South Africa and its difficult to buy directly. Also difficult to register on your app with a SA address. Please would you amend your app.to make provision for other countries as well.

Power plug...
Having its own proprietary plug makes instalation a bit challenging. It would be nice is future updates included a USBC plug to allow you to use a shorter or longer cable than be limited to the one provided. This is a major issue as you place these camera around your house.

Not a great camera
This is not a great camera. First off, the base it connects to does not securely fit into place, it has a weak magnet that kind of holds it in place. Next, it constantly gave me motion notifications as the sunlight moved across the room. So I unplugged it and only use it when going out of town. Not great.

Great camera, if a bit too sensitive
Very easy to connect this camera to the ecobee system and it's an essential part of the ecobee home security system. Autopilot still not working for me
One of the big selling points for me is that I do NOT want video recordings happening when I am home and when the system is not armed. This is supposed to be part of Autopilot. Excellent camera 100%
It is excellent camera that can be set as security or baby monitor one. Connected with smart Ecobee thermostat, it is even getting better as you have all in one app, everything that you need, add on top sensors and it makes complete security and home monitoring system. 100% recommend it.

Camera is good, security service not so much
The camera quality is good. Remote PTZ (limited range but still present and useful) and high gain microphone are great features.

Most times when I try to see my child in his crib, the camera says “offline” which means you can’t see or hear my baby. “Audio monitoring” doesn’t work for more than 5 minutes at a time and the sound is choppy, when it does work.
