Bad return process
Bad return experience. I tried to do the return online as recommended but got reply that my information was not recognized. Spent a half an hour with a representative on “chat” and was told that I would get an email in one to two days with QR code for return. A week and a half later: no email. Unacceptable.

Protects my 6th gen IPad
I’m clumsy and drop things often. In fact I have already dropped my iPad with this case on several times. It’s protected it from probably a cracked screen or edge which is a win in my book.

Finger print recognition
The only issue - my IPad rarely recognizes my finger print even after I’ve entered another finger print. Not sure if it’s me, the IPad or the case. Didn’t have much of an issue with the previous case I had for the same IPad. Regardless, it’s not that big of a problem and I will purchase another Defender when needed.

Good.but non fitting.
It is a nice cover. It was supposed to fit on an iPad air 2 because my case broke for my iPad air 2 but this case doesn't fit the outer covering will not work but it's still a pretty good case.
