Had 2 fail after less than a week each!
We bought this UPS back in May. It ran for less than a we with about a 30% load, and then gave a "PFC Failure" error and told us to contact tech support. They said it was indeed dead, and sent us out a replacement. Unfortunately, we have to drive 400 miles each way to access and install this unit. We drove back and installed the replacement that was sent to us, and ...
