Do not recommend - get the previous version
I'm really unsatisfied with this product. I have the previous version of the Bose headphones and I LOVE them. They're amazing, their only flaw is that because of the rounded shape of the earcups, it's hard to sleep with them on (for example, on a flight). Beautiful, comfy & great immersion music feature!
So comfortable, amazing noise cancellation and immersion music feature! Love the deep plum color and that the case matches it. It’s very sleek and slim. Looking forward to taking this with me on vacation.

Thinking about retunring it.
I bought this for a trip becasue my previous bose headphone ran its course but these, although a newer model, are not very good. Think I may return it. The hinges don't actually stay in place. The sound is not isolated. My older model was way better.

I have not tried them on the airplane yet, but for around the house they do block the noise. Battery life is excellent. Easy to use. I haven't had any problems turning them on, adjusting the sound, connecting to my iphone. It’s Bose, of course they’re great!
Bought these headphones before my wife’s hospital stay. The noise canceling feature proved very beneficial for her in that noisy environment.

Disappointed
I bought these to replace another pair of Bose I've had for years but the battery was starting to go on them. I was excited to try the upgraded model. So disappointed. They will not stay connected to my my pixel 9. They drop constantly. The on head and off had automatic feature is extremely annoying very hard to get used to. Very nice & worth the price
As someone who works from home, I wanted to upgrade my current headphones to ones with high quality noise canceling abilities, and a little research and personal recommendation led me to Bose. I bought this as I wanted to get some noise cancelling headphones for travel and at the gym. I have constantly been using the quiet feature as that uses the max for noise cancelling. Great product outstanding sound
Ive been collecting wireless headphones for awhile now. Some are bose some are sony and I have a pair of heavys as well. I have to say bose did not disappoint me at all these are incredible when you move your head the music follows you. The anc is very impressive. I cant wait to see what bose comes up with next

Overall, I love these headphones.
Overall, I love these headphones. Great sound, and the noise cancelling is second to none. Controls are easy to use and they are comfortable to wear. The only caution I can offer is the pinch hazzard where the ear cups fold. Be careful when unfolding them because they WILL grab you, and it is very uncomfortable!
