Not a bad product
I purchased this unit 18 months ago. It was a challenge to begin the install until I happened to see a video on YouTube. After that, it was a snap. My neck, back, arms and wrist don't hurt anymore.
The only complaint is that my gel wrist rest has developed a microscopic pin-hole leak and white powder leaks from it every time I touch it.

Work great until...
I have had this tray for about 1 year; it was great until recently the tray won't stay up. I always put it under my desk when I leave for the evening and when I pulled it out last week the tray won't stay locked in place. When I'm typing the tray lowers mid sentence. Very frustrating.

Only one issue I ever had...
I have really enjoyed this tray. I don't mouse on it but, I do love the ability to adjust it to my typing needs. My only issue was the hook and loop system to secure it to the desk. Not very efficient and after some time, it ceased to hold. That said, I have screws holding it in place now.
