Holster does not fit tightly to case
Ears on holster hang down below the case. Does not allow the phone to sit flat on a surface. Hold phone up enough that the built in charger in my 2024 chevy truck will not charge the phone. Did not have this use on my previous holsters only on the iPhone 16 Pro Max holster. Would not purchase again based off of the holster.

The camera button area should have some protection along the edges of the phone where the camera button is. There can be a finger shaped hollow, allowing the user unfettered access to the camera button, yet still provide some protection, no matter how miniscule to that area. Its not worth it
I always have defender case for my phone and this one is double the price and half of quality. The plastic it’s tinner then before, also the rubber around keeps popping out the slot.

I will be returning and shopping else where
The case has a giant gap for the camera button. The entire reason I buy otterbox cases is for the extra durability. Having an inch wide exposed spot on one side is just a baffling design.

Don’t buy blue case
My blue case has a brown stain ring around entire phone. I’ve tried to clean and it will not come off. Dissatisfied with the brown stain. With that said it is still a great protective case.

Mag save magnets not secured well
The magnetic portion on the back just the single line at the bottom of the case for the pop socket had came off and moved in the case

Not happy
Not happy, the belt clip doesn’t hold the phone tight
It away falls out, unless you snap it in backwards
But then your phone face can hit the ground and break if it falls out of your hands.

Big Disappointment
The magnet isn’t strong. It doesn’t connect securely. The case already looks trashed because everything sticks to the material. Grant it, I have a somewhat dirty job as I am a mail carrier but I bought an Otterbox because of it. When it first came in I loved it! The color was pretty. I ordered the denim blue. HORRIBLE
I really enjoy the defender series.
HOWEVER,
OtterBox Defender Series Pro for MagSafe for the 16 Pro Max is horrible because it has an open space o part of the cover.
