The Item is defective
To put it plainly it does not work. It was installed according to directions and we are in need of a working device like yesterday. Let's see how these returns and exchanges go.

Super Easy to Install!
I always have some trepidation when I have to replace a part on a printer - especially when the part says FUSER! But this was super easy to install! Just open the side of the printer, pop the old one out, and the new one clicks in within seconds!

I am a graphic designer and I love HP printers... the previous printer (an HP) lasted 12 years... this new printer HP Color Laserjet M553x is a beast... fast and great color!

Fair price & speedy shipping
We needed to replace the collection unit on one of our printers and instead of buying off-brand or from a 3rd party, it was just as easy to buy direct from HP and at similar pricing. Works perfectly. Thanks!

Be CAREFUL with their search feature
I put in the item # that I needed and it popped up right away. I didn't notice that the part I wanted was out of stock, and they were apparently suggesting an alternate.
I ordered two (one for now and one on hand). When they arrived, they did not fit the machine. Please do not "suggest" anything other than what is put into the search.

I would buy this product again if delivery is sooner.
Suggestion: This item needs to be stocked locally. The wait time for receiving it was kind of long although we needed this item ASAP. Regular ink toner cartridges are delivered within 2-days after being ordered. Item should be stocked locally to eliminate lengthy delay in delivery time. Warehouse items that are out-of-town takes longer to receive.
