Jabra Evolve 20
Small Compact style. Great features such as volume + -, mute and call. I prefer the cabled USB connection.

Microphone is not good.
Poor for the price. Microphone s/w is poor, picks up breath as static. Call clarity is very important so that is a deal-breaker.

Works well
Daughter prefers the headset that completely covers her ears. Other than that, they work well.

Jabra is a great brand
This headset is terrific for many reasons.
1 the call quality is clear - before I would get complaints from my callers when I was using a different headset - now I have no problems with that - I even talk more softly now with no issues
2) I really like the button for answering calls on the wire
3) the headset is comfortable

Excellent Headphones
Excellent headphones. Best features are that you can adjust for either side of your face, has soft padding on the ears and it’s easy to change the volume or mute with hand controls instead of your mouse. Moreover, I love the fact it uses a USB port instead of using the round Auxiliary/sound Port on a laptop or computer. I purchased for Zoom/Virtual meetings because Ebu...

I expected it to be at least better than Plantronics black wire c310 due to its price but when I first tried it for work, it's obviously the lesser headset. I believe it has to do with the manufacturer. My Blackwire was made in Mexico whereas Evolve was manufactured in China.

The headset does its job very well. The sound is clear both in the headphones and in the mic; the controller is a very nice addition and integrates well with Skype.

The only downside is that the headphones get quite uncomfortable after a longer period of usage.

Great value for money!

The headset works very well and the sound quality is very good. Only downside I'd say is that they feel a bit constrictive and after around 1 hour of using it, my ears start to hurt from the pressure, but that's something I've experienced with many many brands, so it's not a Jabra product specific. Also, could you please make the free concentration music available also ...

I found this the best way to listen to audiobooks, which is what I mostly use my phone for.
I wouldn't recommend it for making a phone call, however.

Simple piece of equipment. Easily identifiable access buttons. Smooth integration with Cisco Jabber. Easy to switch between integrated speakers and Jabra on Windows 7

And the only problem is, Jabra didn’t automatically install the drivers and I had to go back to the Jabra website to get the right install.
