Poor quality
20 seconds after plugging them in the sound loses quality and a tinny static noise takes over when people talk and it gets so bad you cannot understand what they are saying. These are brand new so shouldnt be doing this.

Funny smell
The headphones have a great length however the earpiece has a strong smell. I had to cover the earpieces with tissue paper and they still smelled. I soaked the sponge piece in alcohol and the smell has somewhat faded. Again I am happy with the quality of sound and length of cord. it was the smell that through me.

Most Reliable Headset
I've been using this model headset for years, and it has never stopped working in the middle of a meeting, unlike other headsets I purchased. It's easy to change out the earpads if they get worn. Definitely recommend!

bad conncetion with the computer
Every timeI plug it in it freeze my computer and i need to restart the computer and close all apps, it is really horrible.

Terrible headset
I purchased a few headsets, which all broke within a few months. I would never rebuy H340 USB.

Fantastic budget headset
I actually got these used when buying a 2nd hand computer, they have great sound quality for voice chat and even some light music listening, I game with these at times and really I enjoy these.

Stopped working after less than 5 minutes
When initially plugged in, the audio worked for less than 5 minutes. Despite an hour of trying, it does not work. Disappointing quality for a Logitech product.
