I previously had the lower
I previously had the lower model headset from logitech for many years until it broke. So I figured I will upgrade. I couldn't of been more disappointed with this product. The sound quality is horrible, my co workers couldn't hear me at random times. I need to return this product.

Better than expected

No Complaints
I only gave 4 stars because I can't give an accurate rating since I'm not the one using them. I purchased them for a co-worker and when I asked him if they were working out ok he said yes. He is a dispatcher so he has driver's coming in in person while dealing with drivers on the phone. So if he says they are working and hasn't complained yet after 2 weeks ...

So good I bought it twice
Years ago I bought the H540 USB wired headset with mic for gaming. I like that the headset will expand enough to be comfortable on my head (I have a large head). After many years the pleather started flaking off on my ears, so I bought the same headset to replace it. Definitely worth the money.

Awkward Cable
Sound is good. Cable is stiff and transmits noise into the headset whenever you move. Do not recommend.

H540 - old tech & uncomfortable
Overall experience is really bad. please report this to your product stake holders.
1) The line is too thick. so, creates noises to the mike.
2) The ear pad is not soft so could not use more than 2 hours.
3) The led light for mike should be red color when it records sounds?
4) I think, I don't want to buy products from your store since it is difficult to return.

H540 USB Computer Headset
This headset has great sound and works great. With the USB connection so easy to use and install and don't have to worry about the call dropping with wifi or bluetooth. Highly recommend!

Poor would be too kind
To say this product was a disappointment would be an understatement. The headset build was such low quality, and the comments of my colleagues was that tI sounded like I was in a tunnel a mile away. great with some issues
this headset is really good with excellent sound quality and mic quality. however the cord gets twisted easily, and can expose the wires thus making it to where if you move your head the wrong way, you lose all functionality. If the cord was of higher quality this would be a 5 stars from me

Great headset. Love the mute
Great headset. Love the mute button that quickly mutes your voice while in a Zoom or Webex meeting. Would highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for an over-the-ear headset.

Sound quality okay, but comfort lacks
These sound fine for voice, decent for music. The mic picks up way too much ambient sound, and I can hear my own voice through the headphones. The ear pads are really hot, and they put pressure on my eyeglasses to the point of pain after only a minute or two. Great so far
Lightweight can hardly feel them on your head. The headset doesn't make your ears sore. Easily adjustable. Good sound. Mute button and volume controls on the headset. I have them pugged into the keyboard.
