Comfortable, smooth operation.
Works 100% as expected. The "wrist ramp" is a big help. I haven't seen the equivalent on other manufacturer's products.

Horrible Experience
This mouse continuously stops working. I've had to hard force stop my PC multiple times to get it working again. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times. I've never had issues with a mouse like this before. Sending it back.

Only last a couple of years
I have had 3 of these now overall I like it. However each one only last a little over 2 years and then the left click/thumb button stops working and its been the case for all 3. I do use these for work so they have seen a lot of use. I'm sure it would last much longer for a personal computer setting.

Just got this week so need to give some time but works well so far Just wish it was a touch smaller for my small hand as description states.

replacement for other Kensington trash
2nd Kensington trackball mouse that doesn't stay connected to computer OR docking station and needs to be reconnected constantly. Also both Kensington mice were far from accurate and very frustrating to use.

Easy to use...
Love the mouse. Easy to use and set up. LOVE the scroll ring. Only down side is that it came with 1 extra part and I have no idea what it's for.

Love Love LOVE!!
I have been using this trackball for years. No wrist pain fits my hand great but the best part is everyone else hates it because there's a slight learning curve. No one has every wanted to take it from me! LOL

Pain Free at Last!
I love this mouse. I love how I no longer have to move anything other than my fingertips to use my mouse! I have two screens and still no issue!
