    These are good binders in the price range. The only thing I've seen wrong with them so far is that if you store them in their original box for a few months (i order them by the case), the clear windows will stretch out from the pressure from the way the binders are packed. So its a good idea to store them in a way that they don't touch each other. The clear view windows are made of somewhat flimsy plastic. Other than that, the binders have worked well. The rings seem well constructed and the pockets are fine.

        According to other Q & A, the plastic is sealed at the spine. However, the spine will accept an insert also.
