I'll be the first to admit that the description is clear that the hanger bar is not included, but who reads the description past the size when it comes to a wardrobe box? As far as I'm concerned, if it doesn't include the metal rod it's not a wardrobe box, it's just a box that can be converted into a wardrobe box by adding the optional hanger bar. Had I realized it wasn't going to include the bar, I would have simply order it when i ordered the box, now i've lost 4 or 5 days ( assuming they have the bars instock). Just include the bar and raise the price, or call it just a box.

It does not come with the metal bars. All other moving storage suppliers ie. uhaul sell their wardrobe box with the hanger bar as part of package. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT PURCHASE.
