            The website is so vague as to delivery times. I trusted what I read as I ordered this product. Then, the delivery times changed as time went on. The other product I ordered came right away and was terrific. This item was presented to me as a product delivered from the Staples warehouse that would be delivered by a Staples courier. Wrong. When I called checking on the order, I was told it came direct from the product's manufacturer. Please don't misrepresent where a product comes from. Be more firm about delivery date. That's all I ask. The boxes are sitting in storage, unused, with nothing to do. I had to go to [@] and buy their boxes. I needed them by the time I was promised delivery when I ordered.
