        I use this product all day at work. If helps to have your feet elevated slightly. It's comfortable and easily adjustable just by pressing it with your feet.

        The only thing that is not so great, it's difficult to move on carpet, you can't just push it out of the way you have to physically pick it up.

        On the whole it's a really great foot stool.

          The base of this footrest is steel. However, the platform is plastic with a rubber pad. After about a year, the platform of mine cracked in two and it has to be replaced. Calling this "heavy duty steel" is misleading...it is a plastic footrest on a steel base.

            I have a high desk and needed a footrest that would help me get in my chair and sit comfortably. This is the best footstool I've ever had. Very sturdy steel construction. All the others I've tried are flimsy, this one is not. I agree with the last review but I can move mine with my feet over carpet with ease and love that it will adjust to however you want. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

                This footrest is extremely sturdy, comfortable and easy to adjust. I have had it for one month and love it. I love the fact that it does not scoot easily on carpet...it stays in place--the way it should! My back, shoulder and neck pain have decreased since using this footrest.
