Wanted a quality binder to use for organizing info. Something that I knew I would not need to replace because it would not hold up to heavy use or heavy papers. These binders are it!With many nice +'s. They have the presentation front, inside pockets in the front & back inside covers & inside spine of larger binders, and the EZD Rings are unbelievable until you try them. I have arthritis and I can open the rings with one touch & close them with one touch. Truly did not believe they would work that well.[...] Thank you Staples!

    I've used these binders for five years now and find that the older ones continue to protect my banking information. Their sturdiness and the ease of opening and closing is of most importance to me. The selection of sizes is also great. I find the D-type rings are best suited for my work. The slip resistant opening press bar makes it more safe and secure, too. I also make good use of the clear plastic "drawers" on the inside of both the front and back covers. Three of these is the right number for me.

        I purchased 4, 4" binders, but am considering returning them. Not sure it is worth all the trouble of driving back to Staples. The binders don't hold the materials securely. The top rings is loose. A rather loose fit. I worry my documents are going to spill out on to the floor.

          I need to know the maximum width of the binders plastic pockets (front, back, and spine). I want to create a template for the front cover, spine and back cover that is the exact size of the binder.

            The Avery 4 inch Heavy Duty View Binder, will fit a spine insert of 4 inches wide by 11 inches high. The front and back cover insert are 10.5 inches by 11.5 inches.
