Dependent on the version (year) of Microsoft Excel that is used, the Avery software makes merging names on an excel spreadsheet into neatly printed address labels quite easy. When ready to print labels open Microsoft Word and search help for a version specific set of directions on labels or mail merge. In general, the newer the Excel version, the easier the mail merge is.
