Made my project look amazing!

I bought this product to organize an "Owner's Handbook" that I was making for a client. I couldn't get over how professional it made my final project look with the typed labels! The only trouble I had was when I downloaded the Avery software, I originally downloaded it onto my Windows machine and had trouble with it. I opened it up and didn't see any boxes so I didn't know where the labels would be on the document! Then I decided, on a whim, to download the Avery software onto my Mac computer which is what I usually use anyway, and it worked seamlessly! (If you have Windows, try it, perhaps you have better luck - I'm not all that computer savvy.) I definitely recommend this product. Every client I have handed my "Owner's Handbook" to has complimented me on it and I think these dividers have something to do with it.

Most Helpful Negative Review

New 11437 set with EasyApply labels

Until recently Avery supplied 11437 (and 11417) with nice standard 8-tab label sheet. Yesterday (November 24, 2008) I bought several 11437 sets, but they came with a new Avery's EasyApply label sheet, which is terrible in all possible ways:
- you need to download a template from avery.com, no template in MS Word
- filling the fields is a tough task, it's not that easy as with a regular table
- the fields are smaller, that means you can't make the same labels you have used before
- there is some problem with the labels themselves, printing is faint, sometimes smudged, sometimes almost absolutely absent
What's good is the set still comes with the standard 8-tab label sheet, so you have an option (for the time being)

I have used the Avery Dividers, both 5 and 8 tab, for years and they have been invaluable to me. I do not use them as much currently, but still have them in my supply cabinet for use when needed. I would not be without them.

I work for an organization that writes and assembles business plans for clients who are pursuing financing with local banks. We want the final result to look great and used to use AVERY stick on tabs to tab each section so it would be easy for the banker or other financial person to go to a section quickly. When these dividers were introduced I thought I had died and gone to heaven! They are amazing and they look so professional. You can print images, charts, titles etc on the faces (or not) and each tab is either numbered by Avery or you can buy ones that are blank so you can add your own info. Put them through your laser printer and .. poof! You have dividers that make reviewing a business plan a breeze! Thanks Avery for saving us literally HOURS of work ... we love em!
