I use it in my Brothers fax machine.When looking to buy a simple efficient fax machine, the Brothers 775 was about the only one I could find without 4 other applications. And it was a surprise bargain [$]When I found out it required cartridges to print, I found out Brothers figured to make a mint off these "cheap" machines. The cartridges are outrageously overpriced. The film rolls off the roll the length of one sheet no matter what is printed. I get from 3 to 10 advertising faxes everyday, so that much film is wasted. Looking at the "used" film, SO much is wasted inbetween what prints; yet I tried Brother's suggestion of rewinding/reusing the film, and of course an important part of a fax won't print because that part of the film is gone. The whole situation is irritating and expensive, and totally unexpected.

            Used for daily faxing. An adequate product but very costly. A few times I have gotten defective cartridges that did not quite fit in the machine. Neither Staples nor Brother would replace :(
            Too bad Staples generic cartridges are no longer available. The price was right and the quality more reliable.
