I print several thousands of color fliers each week. I was told by the store manager at staples that this printer with these toners would take care of the trick, save me a ton of $, etc. etc. We currently are spending more and at a faster pace than before. Now, we are having to look at another printer or buying toners from another company at a cheaper rate. After i discussed this with that particular store manager they said, well that's what we had in stock at that time. They had also said that yes these printers are very expensive to operate! Nice to know now! I would have done more research for myself and I definitely will on my next selection before I make any rational decisions, or take someones word for it.

I purchased laser printer with cartridges with only minimum ink load. Copied about 150 to 200 pages before it ran out. Purchased new cartridges and hopefully they will last longer. Very expensive

These toners do not get the projected life stated. We set our everyday use on economy and we still fly through these. Replacing them every 2 months. Very costly at 4 cartridges [$] each.

Money down a Rat hole! Brother has figured out how to nickel and dime you for their toners. Was forced to buy all colors just to make the laser printer print again. We us 99%+++ black and almost never anything in color, but they didn't last long and it won't let you print black only without replacing all the colors. The printer shuts down completely otherwise. Big SCAM!
