I use the Brother HL CW3050 to do everyday documents and also to create lesson plans for my classes. The colors of my images are beautiful and the printing is clear and classy. I also use this to print photos. They are bright and beautiful and everyone admires them. The only problem is the price: [$] for my last black cartridge, [$] for my latest purchase of yellow. I am going to have to re-arrange my printing arrangement and use a printer for which cartridges are not quite as expensive.

As OEM cartridges go, this is very good for replacing old ones, but I do find that the price point is very high relative to a somewhat limited amount of pages that I get from it. It's advertised to get 1400-1900 pages, but I'm skeptical I ever get that many.

    I purchased laser printer with cartridges with only minimum ink load. Copied about 150 to 200 pages before it ran out. Purchased new cartridges and hopefully they will last longer. Very expensive
