Q: how many print's do i get with this cartridge? printing a karaoke book. Asked on 10/5/2009 by Vern from White Post VA. Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: It says it prints 2000 copies. Read the ad it's on the first page. Answered on 10/13/2009 by DJ from Bristol, CT A: Well, the other user had already said 2000 pages. The actual spec is 2000 pages with average 5% black toner coverage on a 8 1/2x11 page. You figure. 5% is not a whole lot of dots on a page. If you print a lot of busy pictures, expect much less pages you can print. I think an average letter covers more than 5%. Also, do not expect to use it up to its last drop. If you get 1500, it is pretty good. Make sure you shake it a few times when printout becomes fading and close to end of life to max out the output. Answered on 10/28/2009 by F C from San Jose, CA A: About 1500 but I will warn you, the price of the cartridge keeps getting more expensive everytime that I go buy a new one. I buy one every week. Hope that information helped. Answered on 10/12/2009 by Toner Tightwad from VA
Q: How many 8.5x11 prints will I get from this cartridge? Thanks Curtis Asked on 9/25/2009 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: All page yields are based on 5% coverage (ie: about 1 paragraph) Answered on 3/14/2012 by Daler from PA A: Well, the actual answer depends on how much text is on the page. The ratings per page are not based on full page of text, but a percentage of full. I do not remember exactly, but was told by a person working at Staples that is was less than 50% of a full page of text. Check that out Answered on 9/30/2009 by Laney from Cortland, NY
