The printer is a "portable" instrument that goes with the writer as a companion for use with his laptop computer when traveling for pleasure.It has been proven over time to be an effective,efficient user of ink cocntained in small cartridges exhibiting relatively long life liquid capacity wqhich satisfies this user.

The only printer I have at home right now is a portable Canon PIXMA iP90v -- perfect for printing small documents quickly. I like the Canon Color BCI-16 cartridges as they are quick to remove/install and the color looks good on the page. I just wish the cost was a bit cheaper. I hope Staples continues to carry this item (and the B&W cartridges) for those of us who make do with what works for us (and who do not always upgrade to the latest trend in technology)!
