The surprise

Excellent...And while expensive, this standard Canon tank has 9ml (standard black #225 has 19ml) while the popular good HP 564 standard tank has but 3ml and they seem to hide that info. So Canon gives you 3X in ink and only a couple dollars more. And while all inks are expensive, the excellent Canon ink is therefore relatively reasonably priced. While this does not consider how the respective printers use their inks, I doubt if Canon uses three times the ink that HP uses. Accordingly, I will be hard pressed to change my Ink Tank supply from the desirable Canon #226 series being discussed here.

Dont get me wrong this is a grate printer,...but when I got it home I printed five pages not all in color and to my surprise one Black and two color cartridges were EMPTY!....so it has bean siting here for a year collecting dust until I "HAD" to print somthing just recently.

Ink is supplied in the ratio that most users need. The addition of a gray cartridge would be good for those who print a lot of photos.

It was great to find this special packaging of the Canon Ink Jet Printer inks. What I especially like was the package contained two of the 225 Black cartridges that are used up so much more frequently. This helps with not running out of a 225 Black cartridge and having all the small colored ones available. Keep the good pricing going!

I found this to be the best product for my photography needs. I continue to print my own pictures vs printing elsewhere. In doing so I'm assured to receive quality prints at a reasonable price. Compared to other inks that I have used there is a difference that can easily be seen in the prints. The ink tanks are easily to install and you do not have to worry about coming away with the installation with ink on your hands. I wore white during my last photo shoot and had to replace a couple of tanks without having to worry about having ink on me.

I have a new printer. Canon pix 5320. I have printed documents, photos, letters, and greeting cards, and they all look professional, and the colors are brilliant and beautiful. I bought the special cartridge package at Staples, and hope they will offer the sale again, when I need it.

I purchased this combination because it had every cartridge I need plus two of the big ones! Since I go through lots of black, it's handy to have the extra one around. Saved a little by buying this package, which always helps. The guy at the store was very helpful choosing which was the best deal. I purchased the Canon because I liked the fact that it had individual cartridges...and I could fill them as needed. With this pack in the house, I'll just buy single cartridges if I need them, until I buy this again!
