Our old cartridge drum had lasted one year. The old cartridge was smearing on every copy. I ordered this replacement drum and the smearing problem was gone. Easy to replace and working fine. Also, the shipping of the product was great, the cartridge was delivered the next afternoon.

I have a 2330dn. The desciption for this product says that it yields 30,000 pages. And one of the answers said that the TONER that we have to get with this drum is M797K. The description for the M797K toner says that it yields ONLY 3,500 pages. Which is true if we use the drum with the correct toner?

  Toner holds the pigment powder used to create text and images. Drums are the part of the machine that electrostatically charges the toner powder and fuses it to the page. Drums need to be replaced approximately once per every three toners, which is why the page yield on this drum is 30,000 pages and the M797K toner yields 3,500 pages.
