The printer jams too frequently, even with high quality paper. The cartridge is very difficult to snap into the printer, one must slam it in to be able to close the panel. I would not buy one again.

So far so good. Easy installation. I was weary to buy it because i was worried that the 2000 sheet cartrige wouldnt fit but its actually the same size as the 1000 sheet. I use this for my college work and my husband uses it everyday for his business. No complaints as of yet. Ive only had it for 2 weeks though.
