I have been looking for a verticle file like this to hang on the wall. I am very disappointed in this product. The "Rubbermaid" name made me think it would be sturdy (as i have had a horizontal file made by Rubbermaid before and it was great). Parts of the back arent even the thick plastic, they are thin disposable plastic pieces that easily push in out of place. The front "design" are pieces of rubber that you have to attach via sticky tape. Also at the bottom of the file is a plastic piece with 2 holes to secure it to the wall, very visable. I saw these in the "add on" piece available and did not like the cheap look of it, and therefore did not purchase any add on files. The picture of this unit does not include this part, but it is there. Not as sleek looking as the picture online. Not worth [$], I would've paid $20.

      Yes it can, but requires the Rubbermaid® Hot Files Partition/Wall File Hangers item number 388719 to hang over a cubical wall.
