The convenience of my Epson Printers allows me higher productivity when in "creative" mode. My color prints are very good for technical and artistic presentations of our products and services.
However, I dislike very much the fact that Epson has set the ink cartridge functions to reject inks that equal to or better than those recommended by Epson (their own, of course).

Nice but Way too expensive
I am trying to sell my photo's. The ink cartridges cost more than the printer. It is like that everywhere though.

Comments about Epson T078920-S Color Ink Cartridges, 5/Pack:
Started using a so called better brand, got a large area of red on every ting I printed. I do this for a few bucks but mostly because I enjoy taking pictures that are not the easyest to get or get right. All my printers are EPSON as well as my ink, nothing compares to EPSON for my work or money.I have NEVER had a friend or customer complainabout the picture values, always I hear top of the line work. Need I say more,GO EPSON and learn for yourself.
Comments about Epson T078920-S Color Ink Cartridges, 5/Pack:
I constantly use my Epson Stylus RX580 on an everyday basis and purchase multi-pack standard ink for my basic printing needs and save 10% than buying each of the color inks indivdually. Epson ink-jet printers are designed to have sharp tones and color and are fade resistant with long lasting colors. The ink cartridges are easy to replace following simple directions. You'll never have an ink smudge on your hand while holding a printed sheet of paper. I would definitely recommend Epson quality ink and ink-jet printers for high quality, such as printing photos using Claria Hi-definition 77 inks and basic quality 78 inks for printing your everyday needs.

Q:
Hi, I've been using espon ink TO781 to TO786 with excellent results in pictures etc. My question is, is the 5-pk epson ink TO78920-5 have the same performance, I have gotten with TO781 thru TO786. Please respond Thank You
Queenie--I haven't noticed any difference. I assume the quality of the ink is the same in both the 5-pack and individual cartridges. But Epson's website offers a high capacity cartridge that costs a bit more but lasts longer. I have not been able to find the high capacity cartridges any other place but their web site. You might want to take a look at it. Earl

This is the first Epson printer that I have had so have not used the other ink you refer to. I just LOVE the 5 pack and would never want anything else.

TO708920 is only one we have used. We get EXCELLANT results. We use a Canon PowerShot, A570, for Car Show photography. We process ON SITE, with an Epson R280, and get UNBELIEVABLE results.

Q:
What is the difference between this 5/Pack of ink and the Epson Color Ink Cartridges 5/Pack that costs double the price? The box says 77 on it, but also you get 60% more ink.
Epson color cartridges have good quality printing. In comparsion to other printers and cartridges that I have owned, this is supreme.

the only reason i got your so call 60% off is because i submitted 9 recyclable cartridges 2 months prior to obtain $27.00 in store credit. so what do you say to jane doe who walks in to staple to purchase an epsom 5/pack of ink cartridge that cost $77.00 ,if staple think there price is that great then you guys need to stop reading your own flyers and step out side of the box.the only reason i go to staples is because of proximity to my house,,,,,cheers.
