I use it for my PR consultancy and for my home staging business. The price seemed right and it had all the features I needed, but I'm very disappointed in the print quality, in both b&w and especially color. My old HP was much better, but I was having problems with the scanner, that's why I switched.
The manufacture seems poor, I always have problems with the paper tray and it jams a lot. It also seems to grab double the amount of paper and so I waste a lot. I wouldn't buy another or recommend it.

Q:
Will the High Capacity 9892-S cartridge work in the Artesean 835 Printer or not? Some comments appear it will, but there is a question & answer on the 99920-S standard cartridge multi-pack product reviews that indicates it won't work in the 835. I haven't purchased the printer yet andI could go through a lot of money in ink printing flyers if I can't buy multi-packs.

  This item will print approximately 450 pages per cartridge.

  The number of pages is subject to how much ink you put on each page. But if you click on the "Product Tour" link, then the "Benefits" link and scroll to the bottom, it states that the high capacity cartridges contain about 50% more ink. Thus they should print about 50% more pages.

  Just discovered this myself. This item (pictured with '98' on the front) is the HIGH capacity cartridges - thus the higher price. This is new - when I bought my Epson Artisan 800 a few months ago, they didn't have the 5/pack in a high capacity.
  
  The other one (with '99' on the front) is the standard capacity. If you zoom up the images, you'll see it notated under the 99/98 on the package front.
