Answered on 1/6/2011 by Megan from Staples A: The T099920-S is the standard (or low-capacity) ink cartridge set for the Artisan 835. The T098920-S is the high-capacity ink cartridge set. Both will work just fine in your Artisan 835. The difference between the two is only the amount of ink in the cartridges. The T098920-S cartridges have almost twice as much ink in them so they last longer. If you do a lot of printing, higher-capacity cartridges are better (lower cost per printed page, etc.). If you only print occasionally, the standard capacity cartridge may be better. The cost per printed page will be higher but there is less chance the ink will dry out in the cartridge (because you will use a smaller capacity cartridge up quicker).
