These factory cartridges are good but small and don't last all that long. Not particularly cheap - but that's why the printers can be had for reasonable prices - they want to capture you as a customer for the ink! Pretty much the same as other manufacturers I guess, but the small size means fairly frequent replacement. A larger capacity would at least make it less annoying to have to replace so often!

I write and submit along with maintain many regulatory documents and letters. the quality and consistency provided by the ink cartridge, gives me a profesional, high quality result every time.The depth and clarity are vital to the legal documents that I provide for my customers and when reprinting or copying the document it is hard to tell the origional from the copy. I am extremly pleased with the ink and have used the Epson product line for over 5 years.

Inks cartidges are easy to use and are printer friendly. They last a along time. The ink is dark and does not run during application to the paper. Smooth and fade resistant. The packaging is easy to open both on the outside and the inside. The inside and outside packaging is also able to be reused for transporting the depleated ink cartridge back to Staples. No ink mess on my hands or clothing really helped me want to participate in the cartridge recycling program that Staples runs. These cartidges are eligable for a two dollar rebate apiece. Not all stores recycling ink cartridges accept epson ink.
