I used this product to cold-laminate paper store-loyalty cards that were getting dog-eared. I don't have a heat-sealer laminating machine, so I needed to use this as an alternative. The product itself is sturdy and looks like it will wear well, and keep the documents from harm. However, you have to be careful to check the dimensions of the item you are laminating to be sure it will fit, and also that the size that you buy will not leave a big margin that you have to trim off. This is a terrific product, and I like it very much indeed.

          and then. Nice clean store, lots to look at, not
          crowded, able to look and shop at my own pace
          without being hasseled every minute about need-
          ing help etc., BUT! they are always there if you need them. Nice place to "browse". I am not a big
          buyer by any means, just an occasional one, but I
          do like Staples.
