                    Gave it a try for a few days so I could get used to it. Gel wrist area is hard and too high. Mousing area too small. Two others in office tried also and did not like. We returned the product.

                    The pad Does Not conform to wrist as described. It is very firm yet comfortable (provides support). Free moving wrist pad has clumsy movement and is quite noisy...they should think of upgrading to ballbearings or the like. Works well with optical/laser mice.
                    Bottom line: For the price this pad is not worth the money.
