I am on the short side. I like to sit high and look down a little at my computer screen, but then my feet dangle, which makes my legs sore. With this under my desk I can elevate my chair and still have a comfortable place for my feet, and the tilt factor makes it perfect

This is a super product. Reasonably price and excellent functionality. I am rather short (5'3"), and in order for me to sit at the correct level for the keyboard, my chair has to be at the highest level. As a result, my legs dangle off the chair causing poor circulation and back aches.
The tilting (or rocking) foot rest eliminates my body strain and fatigue. The foot rest has two settings, one regular and one higher, and the ability to move the foot rest angel with my feet is also a tension release of sorts. I would recommend this product be under every office desk whether the worker is vertically challenged (like me) or not!

I use the foot rest because I am short and am unable to reach the floor. The foot rest allows me to sit for long periods at a time at my desk and my legs and feet do not fall asleep.

No instructions to put together came with it. after I looked at the 2 pieces for a while, I was able to put it together-actually quite easy. I wish it had some rsistance to adjustment as it slides very easily,requirung that I reposition it with each use
