The product appeared to have been a returned item. since this is what i needed i purchased anyway. it was a faulty product. one of the detanglers kept falling out of the phone. one of the detanglers was so tight that it was almost impossible to remove. the third--three detanglers in the package--worked okay. i was very disappointed in this not working since it really is a good idea.

I bought a package of three, tried them on 5 different office phones and none of them worked properly. Would not hold the connection. Flimsy. Terrible. I threw them all away and wasted my money.
