I was looking for an inexpensive yet quality chair for use in our little home office. This chair fits both requirements well. The price was more than right (have you seen the cost of desk chairs lately, let alone the cost of a leather chair???) It was easily assembled, and in a matter of minutes I was able to use it at my desk. It is sturdy and seems to be well-made, and I hope to have it for several years to come. The only down side could be if you are a larger-than-average person. It is not an extra roomy chair, especially if you use the arm rests. I am a wee bit chubby :'), and it is roomy enough for me, but if I was larger I think it might be a bit too tight.

I sit in this chair many hours a day and the back is not adjustable to the right angle for support. The arms adjust up and down, which is great, but they are too close to the seat for easy egress. The dye in the seat material is not color fast.

I am 5'7"short, weigh 150#, and I sit in this chair, at the computer, four to eight hours a day. It looks good; provides firm, but not rock hard support, for butt and back; and won't break the bank. What more could a soul ask for?
I use this chair in word processing my dissertation primarily as well as all of my other writing-related activities. The chair is a great buy but in the end I had to use a back support pad to be able to use the chair comfortably.
