I am an online student so I print out my books to read on the go or just a chapter here and there the print quality and the costfactor were my reason I purchased the HP LaserJet P1006 and this is the best way to purchase the replacement cartridges 2 at a time.

Won't save you money on cartridges!

We decided to go for a laser printer when we saw how much we were spending on ink jet cartridges, and how economically priced the HP1006 was. Well, we were wrong. HP seems to have engineered these cartridges for a short shelf life. It gets nowhere near 1500 pages - 500 would be more like it. Probably a toss up whether this costs more or less than ink jets. And ink jets have a color option, which this doesn't of course.

        The office I work at has many printers that use HP 35A Black Toner Cartridges. The dual packages of HP 35A Black Toner Cartridges offer considerable savings for the office! (Saving money, this is always a good thing)! These cartridges preform exactly as per the description, yieldng at least the amount of pages expected! They are manufactured for the HP printers we use so there is never any malfunctioning problems! The cartridges are easy to install and they never leave a mess!
