Nothing to recommend

I'm consistently disappointed in the quality of color.
I must create Photoshop images with wacky histograms to get printed images that are just OK.
I consider both my HP printer (8500 premier), and the inks, no better than a modest quality / FYI proofer.
I've had several conversations with HP tech help to no avail. I've reinstalled the printer driver software 3 times. Nothing has improved the color quality.
Highly unlikely I'll ever purchase another HP product.

This has got to be the easiest HP Ink Cartridge to replace I have ever used. No more shaking, no more pull tabs and more messy inky fingers. I used to spend hours trying to get the ink off my hands with the older cartridges they used to have and now its just open the package, open the printer door and push the cartridge in, close the door and the test page starts to be created and then printed. This cartridge makes my documents and pictures look crisp and clear. The color is sharp, bright and in focus.

I am a scrapbooker and do many of my work digitally now. These HP cartridges last longer than the regular cartridge and therefore offer more savings. I wish they were not quite as expensive as they are. But with my Staples rewards and the cartridge recycle program, it helps bring the cost down a little. Not using a true HP cartridge does not provide the clear, sharp pictures that I want. If you are not using High Quality photo paper, it can take a bit longer to dry so I make sure I do not stack them or handle the printed portion for a while. I use Everyday photo paper thus causing me to take more care.
