As a company, we researched all of our options for a new printer to save us money in the long run. The printer has amazing picture quality but the cartridges do not yield the number of pages promised. We had to have 4 of these black cartridges replaced because they were suppose to get 4000 pages, but we got less than 1,000. Staples replaced the ink free of charge, but its a hassle, waste of time, and a waste of money.

The original and then regular cartridges were not good value for money.Ran out very quickly and nowhere close to the rated number of prints at 5% coverage. Very expensive to run for graphics.

By the time you are looking to replaced a toner you already realized what a bad idea it was to buy the scanner in the first place. We bought these company wide and for the last 3 months I have replaced 3 Extra high yield, and two of all the colors. I wish I could return this bad piece of equipment. The toner is very expensive and not at all worth the price.
