Q:
I have a question pertaining to the way that the paper is locked into place in this binder. I am a secretary of a vol. fire dept and we use a hard covered binder which holds 500 sheets of 8 1/2 x 14 paper with rounded corners, The locking device on our binders are three round metal posts that are attatched to one side of the binding which the numbered pieces of paper will go onto, all of the paper also has three round holes punched through them so that they just slide right onto the metal posts of the binder. Then to lock them into place we place the other half of the binder and therte is a flat piece of metal that slides down through the metal posts which has a hole that allows the metal to slide through. Once the piece of metal has slides through all of the posts and then the paper is locked into place. Can you please let me know if you carry anything like this???

Q:
I am a secretary for a fire department. WE ppresently have a 8 1/2 x 14 loose leef binder in which our minutes are kept. I can take out the pages, which are all numbered, and have the minutes typed out through my computer. The bindeer has three round posts in which a metal flat rod slides down and through them to lock all of the papers in place. When I need to remove paper to print on them all I need to do is to slide the metal flat rod out of the posts and the paper can be removed or placed back in.
Can you please let me know IF this book is the same kind of book & paper and if not, do you carry it and what is the item numbers for the binder & the paper? Thank you very much.
