This Stamp is great if you need to stamp one thing every once in a while but that is not what I use it for. I have to stamp 500 envelopes at a time and can do maybe 3 and have to use a different one. I have use 4 just to do my job. Therefor I say it is not user friendly for the amount of time it is suppose to save you and the convenience it is suppose to offer it stinks and is a farce.

The red ink definitely makes my Personal and CONFIDENTIAL letter's look very important and professional looking, it gives it that nice flare it needs and makes it stand out just rite.
Beware, Staples also makes another one exactly like this, but the CONFIDENTIAL comes in Blue ink and it has somekind of red symbol to the left of the word CONFIDENTIAL. Anyways, just make sure you look closely on the box, and look for the word RED INK before purchasing.

The instrument in itself works great,
