    The shipping time was longer than anticipated, the toner cartridge is very difficult to replace and looses alot of the product while loading. The toner cartridge is very messy and the life of 4000 pages is really not that long for the cost.

    when the cartrige says "toner Low" it pretty much is already dead. Most toners have a little life left in them at that point.

        The drum is what transfers the toner onto the paper to create images. The toner cartridge is not included with the drum cartridge, so you will need to purchase this item to replenish your toner.
