One for each family member with catagories such as medical, sports, school, report cards, schedules--also one for household with catagories such as warranties, user manuals, taxes, repair bills--one for hobbies and interests with catagories such as recipes, holiday decorating, gardening, home decorating.

I love this product! As busy as I am, I don't always get to file papers right away. this product is great for keeping them organized until I can. They are also easy to find. I write out a half sheet and keep it on the top so I can easily change the sections, depending on what I . (I don't want to write on the cover, thereby limiting myself to one use).

I am a teacher and while I'm organizing lessons for the following week I put them in order using Monday through Friday as my tabs. Because there are ten tabs, you can use the other five to plan two weeks in advance or use the other tabs for parent notes, ogranization, memos, letters, or spare lessons.

Keep nearly anything organized and neat with this terrific product. Use it for anything you want to break into categories, as opposed to dates, i.e., bills by category, rather than when to pay them. Great for info or correspondence by department or by staff member, or travel info by destination or by interests, e.g., beach, skiing, hiking, must-see-museums. Organize recipes by type of cuisine or appetizers, entrees, desserts. Use it for family health records, savings or investment account info, and practically anything else you can think of.
To easily change the categories shown on the cover, use stick-on labels, such as for file folders or label printers. In a pinch you could use masking tape that you write on. And nothing will fall out of this folder because the elastic straps keep everything secure.
