This is the best folder for organizing events. The front allows you to record the contents. The inside allows you to organize the event. I record the names, email, & phone numbers of those involved in the care and feeding of the event. I also include suggestions and ideas for the next event. The colors of the folders allow me to organize repeat events by color. The sturdiness of the folder has survived many years of events.

I USE THESE FOLDERS FOR MY PERSONNEL RECORDS. THE FASTENERS HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEE FORMS SECURELY AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF LINES INSIDE & OUTSIDE THE FOLDER FOR NOTES OR INFORMATION. THE DIFFERENT COLORS & TABS MAKE IT EASIER TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE NAMES TOO.

I am using these amazing files for my current novels. They are awesome for this! I can keep track of everything I need to, from beginning to publication! I love the fact that there is room on the inside where there is no printing, to add a CD Pocket to hold my manuscripts.
