    I use this pen all the time...I have a dozen in my desk and a dozen near my bedside...I have arthritis and I am unable to use pressure to hold or to write with a pen...i cannot grip anything at all...this pen is the only pen I can hold because no pressure is needed for the ink to come out...this pen should also be advertised in medical magazines...It would truly be doing arthritic people a huge favor! I am a pen fanatic and this is the best ever!

                      The 0.7 is the best, but you have to make certain you get the "needle point". That is the trick. I am a pen stickler, they have to be perfect, and this is the best I have found. I have been using them for about 8 years now.
