  • Smooth-writing gel ink
  • Note: Erasable pens are not recommended for use on legal or official documents. Do not expose to extreme temperatures less than 14 degree or greater than 140 degrees fahrenheit
  • If pen is exposed to temperature that reaches 140 degrees the ink will be colorless when writing. To restore color, cool to at least 14 degrees in freezer and the ink will again write in color

Erasable ink is perfect for me as I'm a bit of a perfectionist so if things don't look just right I want a "Do-over" and being able to erase sure beats messy, flakey and unattractive whiteout! The "FriXion" eraser gives me the ability to make corrections and no one knows but me. I have always preferred fine point pens so when I found these extra fine points in great colors I had to have them. I sure hope Pilot will continue to make these pens, I can't get by without them! Some metalic colors would be awesome, especially gold and silver for special occasions. I have used Pilot pens for years and have never been disappointed. Kudos! Keep them coming!

These really weren't what I expected. When I first attempted to write with them, they wouldn't write. If you pressed the tip on the paper too hard, they would skip. The ink seemed to be a little more watery in the extra fine point Frixion pens compared to the fine point Frixion pens.

I love extra fine point pens and I have a sort of pen fetish. What can I say I like good pens. I like these pens because of the fun colors and they are easy to use. My only complaint is that if you write on both sides of a piece of paper, you can't erase or it will erase what's on the other side as well (if you've already written on it.)

      I had previously used these purchased from a quilters supply. I found at Staples, cheaper and more selection of colors.

      After marking stencil or quilting designs you can quilt then just hold your steam iron or steamer over the area (not pressing, just above) and the marks dissappear. Saves time to wash off or clean another way to the quilt or project.

      I'm sure I will find additional uses in my sewing projects, etc.

        These erasable pens are such an awesome product
        that I use them for everything. I was so thrilled when I found them
        because they were perfect for taking notes in physics class, where
        note taking is more like drawing notes. Now I use them for all kind
        of things. I feel like a little girl with a new toy I can't stop
        playing with.
