I use this product for all my writing needs in my Quality Assurance/Control tasks. It writes smoothly, the ink comes out evenly and has lasted a long time, the grip is soft, the retraction is easy, the pen is light overall and it looks great (tricked out paint job).

At first,I was worried about this pen having a "FINE" point as concerning the ink flow,smoothness,and instant start up as I'm a fan of the 0.7mm medium point pens! I gambled,bought this pen(at a GREAT price!),and I can proudly say that the Pilot VBall Retractable writes smoothly,instantly,with a plentiful supply of fast drying ink,and no skipping,leakage,smearing,or blotching at all! It has a very attractive barrel design,and comfortable grip! I highly recommend the VBall Retractable for everyday,multiple purpose,and extended usage!
